1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure that your billing, shipping and contact information is complete and correct before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before the order has been dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

2. Prices and Payment

3. Shipping

ShopFlagWorld offers free standard shipping worldwide.

Estimated standard delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal services, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched promptly, usually by the next business day where possible.

Express or expedited delivery is currently not offered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered during checkout is correct. ShopFlagWorld cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

We ship to customers in many countries worldwide. Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to local customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges that are not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. 30-Day Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Where reasonably possible, products should also be returned in their original packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. ShopFlagWorld cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are normally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ShopFlagWorld or the product is faulty or damaged.

Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

7. Custom and Personalized Products

Products manufactured or personalized specifically for an individual customer cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind.

This does not affect your rights if a custom or personalized product arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
