At ShopFlagWorld, we prepare and dispatch orders with care. Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, and normally ship on the next business day after the order is placed.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

For customers in the United States, any import customs duties associated with our standard delivery service are covered by ShopFlagWorld. Customers in the USA will not be required to pay these customs duties separately when using standard delivery.

Standard Delivery

Our regular shipping service is standard delivery. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to national holidays, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, customs processing or delays caused by postal and shipping carriers.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared and dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

DHL Express Delivery to the USA

If you need faster delivery to the United States, DHL Express may be available upon request.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the available DHL Express service, estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

For orders shipped with DHL Express, any customs duties, import fees or other charges collected by DHL or U.S. customs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the DHL Express shipping price.

Delivery Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or prevent successful delivery.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide. International delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local postal or courier services.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

United States – Standard Delivery: ShopFlagWorld covers the import customs duties charged on orders shipped to the USA using our standard delivery service.

United States – DHL Express: Customs duties, import fees and other charges collected by DHL or U.S. customs are paid by the customer.

Other Countries: Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by ShopFlagWorld.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.

Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, national holidays, severe weather, high-volume shipping periods or circumstances outside the control of ShopFlagWorld.
