We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented. To initiate a return, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 business days after receiving the prepaid return label.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, clean, and with all tags still attached. The item(s) must include the original packaging and any accessories that were delivered with the order. Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused. Please note that hemmed or altered items are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We are unable to process returns if the necessary purchase information is not provided. Once we receive your returned item(s), the refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take up to two weeks to reflect the refund in your account after it has been processed by us.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order online for the desired product.
A return fee of $15/€15/£15 will apply to each return. However, for faulty or defective items, no return fees will be charged. Please note that return fees are non-refundable, and in the case of a refund, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
SHOPFLAGWORLD is not responsible for items that are misdelivered, lost, stolen, or delayed due to third-party shipping services, postal depots, or freight forwarders. We recommend double-checking your return shipment details to prevent any issues.
It typically takes 7-14 business days for returned items to reach our warehouses. Once received, all returns undergo a quality assurance inspection before the refund is processed.
